Very interesting preparation.... ala Messel.
All the matrix material has been removed and the bones thoroughly cleaned. Resin was poured to "freeze" the skeleton in its original position.
This particular specimen was very well preserved as can be seen by enlarging the image. Great definition.
The translucency of the resin really makes this keichou stand out in a display.
The size of this plate is 9 1/4 inches by 6 1/4 inches.
